Macrolidase

This product is a unique enzyme product specifically designed to inactivate macrolide antibiotics. This product can effectively inactivate Clarithromycin, Azithromycin, Roxithromycin, and Erythromycin.

Application

This product can be used for sterile testing, total counting, environmental monitoring, and culture medium filling of macrolide antibiotics. According to CP, USP, etc., microbial testing (sterility testing, total count, and environmental monitoring) should be performed on compounds with antibacterial activity (such as macrolides), and inactivating agents of the same compound should be added to the culture medium. This product efficently inactivates Erythromycin, Azithromycin, Clarithromycin and Roxithromycin.

This product does not contain animal derivatives, making it particularly suitable for media fill.
